Corporatist Light Yagami can still happen if people want it bad enough

Is it really just an 'overlap' and not just the same thing but on a forum and for a significantly longer period of time?

Also, I imagine a major use-case for this is pre-made / simple cosplays anyway. I imagine sourcing the patches and getting them imported would cost about £10 to £20 by itself anyway.

Plus that liner is pretty snazzy IMO.

People are saying this is expensive for what it is, maybe in the US that's true, but quick searchs for US M65 jackets in online UK army-surplus shops has this branded version not coming off too badly. It's about £20 - 30 more, clearly one's paying for the brand with this, but it has added elements.

Zayne and Scarlet meander along a trail in the midst of autumn; a worn wooden fence to the right and a large tree to the left. Fallen leaves and pumpkin litter the countryside, with a cluster of tall evergreens and mountains behind them. The same scene set at night; Pip walks alone with a satchel and flashlight, clearly nervous about what he might find. He spots a bat hanging from the tree, while something more terrifying lurks in the distance. Zayne leans over a wall that's been adorned with a glowing jack-o-lantern as he boops Scarlet's snoot on the other side. They're both wearing scarfs and the stars twinkle behind them in the night sky. A vintage style illustration in which Zayne has accidentally scared Pip by casting a shadow of his claws on the floor in the dark hallway of an abandoned house.

If any case, then you need the state and the taxman to get *really* invasive and make value judgements about which reasons for not having kids who themselves could eventually have kids etc. are 'good enough'.
seaworrier.bsky.social
Yeah, also, does one want to encourage people to try & therefore not penalise them for trying and being infertile? Or just penalise anyone without kids? What if your kid dies, or is born with an extremely lifespan-limiting condition (so they'd never be well or old enough to work & 'contribute')?
seaworrier.bsky.social
Maybe? Unless the rates of the excess tax are *really* high, I'm not sure how they could outweigh the (current) reductions in earnings mothers face (see: www.ft.com/content/46a1...) as well as the costs themselves of raising the kids.

Not that people always make perfectly rational economic choices!

Sid Meier's SimGolf (2002). It was much better than Maxis' own SimGolf title that Maxis began bundling this game with its other Sim titles.

The Tories: Central planning is bad, we will not have an Industrial Strategy, government cannot make efficient choices. BTW, there is no such thing as society. May individual freedoms rule the economy.
Also the Tories: We must not allow people to study degrees that we deem non-beneficial to society.

Oddly PPE is never mentioned yet Vernon Bogdanor has probably produced more disasters than anyone in Britain.

Kemi Badenoch here daring to imagine a Britian [sic] without ripoff English degrees
A chocolate bar from a goodie bag issued at this week’s Conservative conference. The wrapper says, “When Labour negotiates, Britian loses”, and is signed in cursive script with Kemi Badenoch’s name. Both the floating comma and the misspelling of Britain have been widely noted.

Franchised provision in the UK is in fact evidence that we have an undersupply not an oversupply of good university teaching.
