Another iteration where I am refining my lasagne. This time, not quite enough Béchemel, layering perfect. I stand by red instead of white for the 7 hour ragù. Next two steps are rolling my own lasagna sheets and mincing my own pork and veal.

As promised after posting that my neighbours put a massive carpet of plastic that won't drain and will superheat their garden, I am gradually filling mine with actual green things that are alive.

It has taken my neighbours 3 years to finally sort out a messy garden after buying the house.

They put a giant slab of fake plastic grass on it. Just that. Nothing else. It goes all the way to the right, double the distance.

Our planet is cooked.
