The old HDD did indeed live long enough to pass on its data to the new SSD that’s replacing it.
Remember kids, always have backups of your backup backups because all drives will fail eventually. There’s 12+ years worth of music that’s irreplaceable.

Replacement SSD came today. I hope the old backup HDD has just enough life in it to copy those old files to the new one.
It’s like no matter how prepared or how many backups of your backups you have you’re never prepared for a drive failure

The old HDD did indeed live long enough to pass on its data to the new SSD that’s replacing it.

I don’t like how now that he’s old we’re rewriting history to make Ringo Starr some sort of great drummer of history. He was fine. He played the right parts for the song. He’s fine. Not amazing.
