Yes!!! Yes to all three points exactly. Dating to try to make yourself happy is not going to work!! This is like having a kid to save your marriage. Distracting from the issue by adding another person to the equation does not actually solve the issue!

Same hat. I think parts of the extras undermine canon, but can't blame MXTX because how do you take transmigration out of your transmigration novel without undermining dermining it to some degree? It's an impossible ask. So to me it is mostly a fun AU or "what if" scenario, & the rest is Not For Me

I like it in the same way I like fic. I don't consider it canon, because my understanding is several things had to be written into it to meet censorship rules. Since its not like MXTX organically decided this was a necessary part of the story, to me it is basically a prompt-fic
