Bytownite is one of the less frequently identified calcic plagioclase feldspars, typically containing 70-90% anorthite, and commonly found in igneous and metamorphic rocks.

We discussed specific examples related to how geology can be valuable on public health. Students were engaging and showed great interest in learning more about different applications of Earth Sciences and the role of Geoscientists.
