So what does my father do, who is currently in stroke rehab, do? Berate me for not getting the plate of the car that ran us off the road,

not going ahead & paying out of pocket for a cardiac exam,

& starts yelling he wants a lawyer to sue his doctors for not giving him pain meds.

So fucking done

I very rarely have a mental health moment. Overcome and adapt. But here's a nice double whammy for the day.

Ran off the road and nearly killed by a speeder in the oncoming lane.

Then the hospital finds (unrelated) cardiac issues & I'm heading for a heart attack.

It's #KHANday Monday. 9/10 episode. Beautiful sound design; I use bone conducting headphones, it's a tooth rattler at spots. The scene on Excelsior made me think I was on the ship. The script is tight & focused. Leer & Sulu's interaction was wonderful. Marla and Khan are well written. #startrek
