What will you let go of before 2024 ends to you can be a better "you" in 2025? If you're like most of us, you are either holding on to "old" energies or destructive patterns, or letting your ego to convince you that finding your next job or opportunity is outside your realm of possibilities.

As we move into 2025 with its chaos and uncertainty, one of our biggest tasks is tracking our fear-based ego that can hold us back. While it's not possible to fire our ego so we are fearless, increasing our self-awareness helps us face whatever comes with courage and tenacity.
