Briefly. I only touch on that largely because there's only one paper so far and I haven't gotten to the archives yet. No info re pre or post-war yet but it had to have happened. Of course other eugenics (immigration, institutionalization) happened which I have written on.

Yes I incl Buck v Bell briefly but I'm mostly comparing US and Japan and impact on Japanese Americans. I've learned a lot.

Even if they did, can they? Wouldn't we need to revise the Constitution which needs federal and state approval? Like with ( attempting? to pass the ERA)?

Great thread! I hadn't realized how much eugenics would become part of my dissertation including a bioethics paper I'm writing.

This semester was MUCH easier but might be because of system changes and I had them from last year. First years are having issues. But also professors need to follow those accommodations which is another issue.

I'm glad someone has confidence.

Yes. Depends on the school. Maybe $50-100. Sometimes you can get waivers. Plus the cost of any exams. We have the common app but many schools also have supplemental things and their separate system. And that's just the cost of applying.

I'm TAing US Since 9/11 and we've talked about this. I'm the only one who remembers 9/11 but have been surprised at what some of the kids (born c 2003) do(n't) know.
