Ah. It's that time to re-watch this episode! #SuperbOwl

I always associate Sundays with watching ITC shows. (For some reason Yorkshire TV had a Sunday afternoon slot in the 80s for them!) Watched the episode, 'The Mirror's New.'

Watched Cocaine Bear last night. Not the parody/laugh-fest/B-movie I was expecting. Enjoyable, if not very deep. Good performances from the cast. Apart from lack of mobile phones, was there a need to set it in the 80s?

This is the audio drama I listened to a few years ago.

I'm reading 'Kidnapped' by Robert Louis Stevenson, for the first time. Came across an interesting name mentioned in the current chapter! Are Macrimmons famous pipers hence Jamie in Doctor Who being named after them? @randomiserpod.bsky.social @auchterlonie.bsky.social ?

Watched The Strange Report for the first time the other day. It was alright. Not the best ITC filmed series (That would be The Prisoner). Anyway, PAT GORMAN turned up in one scene!

I'm beaming with delight that it's Monday.

Rewatched Shocker for the first time in about 30 years. While not a great film, but a very entertaining one. Good concept, and the girlfriend ghost are interesting elements. The rock/metal soundtrack is great - featuring one of Megadeth's best recordings. 1/2

I was rewarded with a £50 voucher from work. I could choose from a list what kind of voucher, and I chose National Book Tokens. Today I used some of it on these.

Sunday afternoons are made for #ITC adventure series (at least they are in my mind. They were always shown on TV then when I was growing up in the 80s). Anyway, I watched a decent episode of The Baron, guest-starring Edward Woodward, & Philip Locke. There was no literal or metaphorical countdown.

Today's #charityshop discoveries. (Not sure how I'll feel re-watching 'Allo 'Allo after watching Secret Army!)

By coincidence on #TomBaker 's birthday, the next story to watch from the Season 13 Collection is Pyramids of Mars. It's a story I've watched a lot. Having fun listening to the new audio commentary with Tom, & Toby Hadoke.

Inspired by friends on here that have watching the new New Avengers Blu-ray/4K, I've chosen to re-watch an episode I've always enjoyed. Purdey & Gambit's alter-egos are very well done. Great guest cast, too P.S. I'm a DVD pauper, so will have to imagine it's upscaled!
