just wanted to quickly point out that I took undergrad "Business Law" recently and they absolutely 100% covered contracts being creatures of state not federal law, all you needed to do was be barey awake to absorb this rather crucial and commonly understood detail...

What I've been telling my fellow Portlanders is this National Guard shit is mostly just a big distraction - if you look at Chicago right now, the issue isn't the NG, it's ICE and DHS kidnapping people all over the city. That hasn't emerged here yet, but I imagine it's only a couple weeks out.
