Bicep curls - 3 sets of 9
Hammer curls - 3 sets of 9
(Alternate one set of bicep curls, one set of hammer, etc. resting 1 min between sets.)
Shoulder presses - 3 sets of 9
Renegade rows from the knees- 3 sets of 9
(alternating between each set.)
