It's exhausting and I think I'm done trying to convince people I know what I'm doing—especially after I've had such a successful track record.

I don't think I've ever spent so much time in my career than I have over the last 2-3 years defending or rehashing sound decisions. Decisions based on data, industry best-practices, and thorough research.
