Starting to add some fun pages to the site. Still a huge WIP but happy enough with it right now to get it out and start adding some more content.

Super annoying how limited Framer's CMS is for certain things.

They've also had a feature request to password protect individual pages for YEARS and it seems like they've completely ignored that feedback from customers.

We accept that crops grow and then get harvested and then the field lies fallow.

We accept that animals hibernate.

But when it comes to our own sense of meaning, we expect constant summer...

For the first time ever, we cut down our own Christmas tree.

Getting our permit, driving into the middle of the forest, and seeing other families out there doing the same was a fantastic experience.

I think we did pretty good for our first time 😊

It's starting to feel like one of the best decisions I've made in the last few years was trade my ink jet printer for a laser printer. Why did I suffer for so long?

Ski resort was supposed to open this weekend but base just isn't there yet. And of course there's a late start the first year I buy a season pass 😂. Hoping for some good snow up high soon 🙏

Love building iOS apps in Swift. Getting close to completion on a few apps I've been building and just enjoying every second of it.

I believe (healthy and mutual) trust is essential to effective collaboration.

If you are an experienced professional in your area of expertise, I will trust you to make good decisions and trust that you'll trust me to make good decisions.

My best advice for becoming a digital accessibility specialist is to make it your job, regardless of your title.

Making a presentation? Putting together a design? Building something in code?

In anything you do, be curious about what it takes to make it more accessible

Super excited to get into playing guitar again.

It's been about 10 years since I played last. Looking for more and more analogue experiences to get me away from screens lately.

Kinda sucks when a remote-first startup you admire posts an offsite photo of the whole team and not a single POC is there. It's incomprehensible that this can still be the case in 2025.

You're either racist, lazy, willfully ignorant, or some combination of those three things. Unacceptable.

And I'm just straight up not going to read it because I can only assume you didn't use your actual brain for the words either.

This is why I got so tired about writing about this shit. It was trivial to see well in advance that these products (sorry! “tools”) were going to be bad for work quality and productivity, but nobody in charge listened, shat the bed, and now there won’t be any consequences for them
