2/2 I used the same herbs and spices in most things and yet we still hit 53 plant species spanning 24 families. Also a bonus 3 funghi, 1 brown algae (carageenan) and there's likely many more I missed in processed foods we ate. It was fully #plantbased, so no animal species representation.

Hard conversations facilitated by good company and being super pampered by HHMI staff. Thanks for inviting me to the table!

When I'm not working, I'm pouring everything into a hobby. Currently that's crochet garments and pattern making.

I dream of systems where as many people as possible have a choice on what they contribute to them and what they get out of them. I spend a lot of my time working with others to move boldly towards that ideal.
