This is quite sad. I grew up listening to VOA and BBC on short wave radio. When bad stuff was happening in Bangladesh these two were the only sources of good information. We depended on the VOA. Sad to see what is happening to it. A lot of goodwill will die with the VOA.

Everyone in charge of climate policy will likely be dead before it's a "real issue" so they don't care.
Plot twist....it's already a real issue, they just don't have to personally deal with it.

The rank stupidity is staggering. Can you imagine how all the people who worked so hard for these vaccines, people who's family members died before they were available...how they would all react if shown a snapshot of how thoughtless and stupid we have collectively become?
