My prediction is that Americans - even die hard Republicans - won’t accept the federal government blatantly executing a man on the street in broad daylight.

This picture is reminiscent with another that is etched into the American psyche.👇🏽

With a few exceptions, the items in this list are already the law. Republicans are saying it’s unrealistic for Trump’s goons to follow the law.
Here's what Republicans think is "unrealistic"

1) Need a judicial warrant to enter private property
2) Require verification that someone is not a US citizen before sending them to immigration detention
3) No masks
4) No secret police: Officers must have ID
5) Keep enforcement away from
Senate Majority Leader John Thune said Thursday that demands made by Democrats for new restrictions on federal immigration officers are “unrealistic” and warned that the Department of Homeland Security will shut down next week if they do not work with Republicans and the White House.

Our courts are not staging grounds for federal immigration enforcement.

These actions make it more difficult, and in some cases impossible, to get victims and witnesses to come to court to testify.

People often ask "what blackmail does Trump have on Graham?" I honestly think it's more simple: Graham has never attained power on his own. He's never worked in the private sector. This is all he has. And at the same time, he's never obtained power by his own means.

If Dem senators vote to extend the DHS CR again, they are instantly going to lose a tremendous amount of support from their base who have been in wait-and-see mode on this. I can only assume Dem senators considering this have completely lost touch with their voters. Don’t do it.
