You don't have to work out, but at least keep your joints and tendons well stretched and limber. Working out is nice, though.

Also its never too late to do pretty much anything. Learn to draw, take a saxophone lesson, become an accountant. Career changes and new hobbies aren't just for young people

Unfortunate update: Link reached out to BlueSky and got email back now on reason.

His appeal is denied. He will remain permanently banned on BlueSky’s side.

Here are the screenshots he just sent me as of 8:22 AM EST(my time)
