I think the experts in that piece are being far too credulous about how it will play out. The Trump worldview cannot accept that white men would fall behind; their absence will be attributed to anti-white/anti-men bias and used as an excuse to put a thumb on the scale in their favor

Just looked at the table. You’re smashing it! (Or putting it back together, since this is anti?)

One more question about this, if I might: in the DGW16 scenarios, does LEE-cry also move to 16 or that one just gets held til some more convenient spot later on?

Yeah with Solio‘s data it’d be much easier. I was using review and someone on the analytics discord gave me the calc they’d reverse engineered to turn review xmins into probability of >0 mins. But then implementing the actual autosub logic is a bit much because of the position requirements

Can you say more about the fixture possibilities? I’m dimly aware there’s a chance of some movement, but my vague impression was that odds are very low

“it’s the same old bullshit. Cutting the arts, cutting music.” And he said it with an inspiring passion that made me, a young idealist, really like the guy. But in ‘04 it felt like that guy was hidden

In the offices of the Harvard Law Review, the walls are covered by photo portraits of each year’s editors. In his 2L year, he was listed as R. Cruz. The next year, T. Cruz. I wonder about the story of that switch
