I was there in '23 and some were aggressive. I got nipped once. I've read many articles saying it gets progressively worse ea yr.

Fyi not a plumber but i've looked into this before. And I have tankless. Master and BRs get hot water much sooner than kitchen by design.

The length of pipe between faucet / heater can be a factor. Typically a single line delivers water from the heater to faucet so that hot water may be passing multiple faucets before getting to the one you need. Also it has to push out the cold water sitting in the pipes b4 you get hot water.

Times have drastically changed where more people are working from home. I bussed (school and public) or walked since elementary out of family necessity. I see plenty of kids bussing in the city though. There aren't many school busses in my burb because it's not in demand

I'd prefer walking for MS now but that's a battle not worth having. Kids actually want to do it but the carpool moms want to continue the carpool. I think they've mostly showed they're responsible.

I live in 'burbs and this also drives me insane especially at the HS. We partake in a carpool w other fams for MS but they walk 1-2 days depending on schedules/weather. But told mines once they enter HS they are walking or biking.

I feel you but they don't want our help due to liability concerns. But if it's a male threatening a female staff then fellas need to stand up and get in between before things pop off

Perhaps a lot of bandwagon fans with no real home team. Dodger mania right now makes sense outside of CA but there are also a lot of transplants in NV and UT.

Neither of those teams are remotely close to their states. I don't know much about either state tbh but unless there's a lot of transplants it doesn't make sense. Like the Yankees in FL makes sense because a lot of snowbirds and transplants.

I was just lamenting to myself last night about this. I've been diligent about cleaning out my mailbox and unsubscribing the past month. Now I'm getting all these emails from sites I visited but didn't purchase.
