He's probably on both Leqembi and Kisuna, both used to treat Alzheimer's and I believe dementia. If they can't get a good vein in the arm, they'll insert the IV into the hand. Or so I've read.

Looks like he needs an IV pretty frequently these days. Why? Why not in a less obvious place than the hand? My guess is this isn't the only IV site. Does he have a very serious illness (besides all the mental ones)? If they're shooting him up with some kind of PEDs, again, why in the hand?
