I am not live posting the whole argument here because I want to listen closely to Trump v. Slaughter. But the solicitor general for Trump just said the point here in killing the independence of agencies like the FTC is that executive branch officers must “fear and obey” the president. Wow. #SCOTUS

Something awkward here. Why didn't someone stand behind him and drop the medal over his head? Why is he doing it himself? Why is he still holding the mic? Did he greedily grab the medal from the presenter because he couldn't wait another second? Like an impatient child being given an ice cream cone.

Not sure why, but when l heard about the FIFA Peace Prize all l could think of was this. I guess it's the same level of stupid.
