If you're worried the QB is going to struggle because the playcaller is on the field instead of the booth, then you have the wrong QB.
I'm not worried about Caleb. Bears have 5 games to see if they already have a HC/QB combo in place without making Caleb start over in Year 2.
This is a no-brainer.
