Google, Meta, Apple, etc, you pay a flat tax like in Ireland.
But you reincorporate in the US. And you bring back high-earning, high-skill American jobs from overseas.

Pro sports have had some awful ideas, but for game quality and player safety, let’s get rid of Thursday Night Football (outside of Thanksgiving).
We now have 17 game seasons. And so many injuries. Stars hurt. And Thursday games mostly suck.
