It's amazing how often on BlueSky a polite fact check, with a mainstream source to back it up, results in an immediate block. Blocking objective facts is sad.
Google image search says it's you Ron.

Sorry to break it to you, but everyone you disagree with isn't a bot.

I thought correcting misinformation on social media was a good thing. I also post about misinformation about the Rittenhouse case. People believe all sorts of nonsense about the Kenosha shootings. I also post when Rittenhouse himself spouts misinformation. bsky.app/profile/sgtw...
The Rittenhouse video is bizarre in the extreme. His description of events bears no resemblance to the description of events in the affidavit for the arrest warrant. It looks like a pretty clear-cut case of murder.

Grok has it completely correct now. Your image could have been an early incorrect opinion by Grok, or someone could have asked Grok to summarize the fake click-bait website story falsely identifying the hero as Crabtree. x.com/i/grok/share...

Why would you try to hide your fingerprints on a gun, when the serial number on that gun will trace back to your best friend Dominick Black, who bought the gun? Why not cover your face? Why give an interview mid riot with your real name? The gloves were for first aid.

He corrects misinformation. This is a bad thing how?

The Rittenhouse trial judge's performance was controversial — but it wasn't unfair
During this trial, Judge Bruce Schroeder handed down the type of evidentiary rulings that are made in courtrooms throughout the country every day.

In the same hearing the judge said the prosecutor could call Rittenhouse a "cold blooded killer." The stipulation for the use of the term "arsonists", "looters", or "cold blooded killer", was the same, they first needed to show evidence the appellation was accurate.

They were gloves for doing first aid. Kind of stupid to not realize you would wait to put them on until you were actually doing the first aid & then dispose of them. We saw a bunch of the same glove idiocy during COVID.

The Chicago CVS video isn't new. It was discussed at an evidentiary hearing more than a month before his trial. www.courthousenews.com/judge-limits....

This is 71-year-old Robert Cobb. He tried to stop rioters from burning down his friend's mattress business and the Danish Hall. He wasn't armed. A rioter broke his jaw & knocked him unconscious. This was on the 24th, night 2 of the riots, before any of the people with long guns showed up on night 3.

It's part of a pattern of behavior. Years after the trial Ron was posting this kind of stuff about him a couple times a week over on X. The only purpose it serves is to get people on his side riled up and angry, not any sort of rational discourse.

He did. There were many bunnies to chase. He almost ripped my shoulder out its socket going after one. He's a very good boy.

People who carry aren't typically in a "constant terror." They just like to be prepared. I carry a fire extinguisher in my car & a first aid kit. I'm not terrified that I'll encounter a fire or someone who is injured. People legally carrying guns commit a tiny fraction of gun crime.

I was in law enforcement in a major metropolitan area for 30 years. The overwhelming majority of the people who came from poor homes or abuse didn't turn into criminals. Are they more likely to? Yes, but if they do, it almost always relies on a bunch of bad decisions they made all on their own.
December 12, 2025 at 10:06 AM
The overwhelming majority of people raised under those circumstances don't become criminals.

Its been fun, but time to walk the dog & go to bed. Cheers.

I absolutely give zero thought to the trauma of prison for a violent criminal, or any criminal for that matter. It's simple to avoid, don't commit crimes.

There is no "right to drive" enshrined in the US Constitution.
December 12, 2025 at 8:32 AM
Can you carry one to protect yourself? Pretty sure the answer is no.
December 12, 2025 at 8:31 AM
I don't care if violent criminals are traumatized. Prevention is great, but punishment is due when prevention doesn't work. I want them safely put away. A very small number of individuals are responsible for the overwhelming majority of crime.
