Pasadena, CA is a literal scam. This is the second time I have paid for parking but was still issued a citation due to computer glitches on their end. I even was able to submit proof of payment on both occasions and had my appeal denied.

The inability to sit quietly in the cinema and not look at your phone for the duration of a film is a red flag.
