Cleveland Chop is getting serious about our mushroom game! Today we visited our supplier in Detroit at Stoney Creek Mushrooms. They were just beautiful! It was the most interesting field trip I have ever been on, and I’ve been on a few. I can’t wait to see everything Chef Dave creates with them!
