My random Spotify playlist is really outing me as someone who watched The Hills on MTV 15 years ago -- first it played that Fergie song "Big Girls Don't Cry (Personal)," and now it's playing "Unwritten" by Natasha Bedingfield. Two songs I would never know if not for that show.

I'm sad about Michelle Trachtenberg. I really loved Georgina Sparks on Gossip Girl. She was my favorite character.

The final verse of "Ode to Billie Joe" is like a depressing Christmas card letter, the way she casually mentions in passing that her father dropped dead of a virus. I think Billie Joe was pushed, and it was that dang Brother Taylor who done it. #intrigue Nice young preacher, my foot.

Why does the word "kiddo" bug me so much, but "doggo" doesn't? I have neither human children nor dogs. (I like both, but not enough to clean up after them.)

Every single time I see a headline about "King Charles," I think they're talking about the spaniel dogs for a moment. You know a guy by "Prince Charles" for nearly 50 years and then you're just supposed to pivot?
