Rosemary sourdough discard crackers! It’s awesome to make things with ingredients I might have thrown away. These delicious beauties are made with just sourdough discard and some butter and whatever delicious toppings you want. Light, crispy, and pretty darn irresistible. 🍽️

Take a note from just about every pro kitchen in America: Deli soup and sides containers are kitchen MVPs. They make the leftovers situation so much easier.
They’re stackable and all use the same lids, so you don't get the dreaded toppling tupperware cabinet.

Steak and Guinness Pie was on the menu for us this holiday. The puff pastry was flaky and light, and the stew was rich and decadent. The best part was that it was very inexpensive too make. We found a bone-in ribeye on sale, cut several steaks from it, then used the rest for this recipe. 🍽️ #Allcooks

What can a perfect beurre noisette make better?
Kind of everything?
Cakes and cookies, sauces, pasta, vegetables, all kinds of proteins... with that rich, nutty taste and aroma, it's a culinary MVP.
Adding a little nut butter to vegan butter before browning can make a great vegan beurre noisette.
