The thing is, there is no science to this.

Some games with the same style marketing text do well, others don't. Trying to sell the experience is *very* hard.

Also this talk doesn't really say anything, which is ironic. It just says look at these games that did well, and tries to explain why.

that's fine, doesn't make Lincoln Clay not a shell of a character. he has no personality traits. The game basically exists to let NPCs call you the N word. Sure you get to kill them, but what does it accomplish?

The first mission you kill other Black people for gang reasons.

The story is a mess.
