Today, Illinois Gov. Pritzker signed into law the Safe at Home Act. The law is a major step in keeping unsecured firearms away from children.
The law goes into effect next year.

Today, Illinois Gov. Pritzker signed into law the Safe at Home Act. The law is a major step in keeping unsecured firearms away from children.

On April 4, Trump claimed Nazis showed “love” to Jewish prisoners. This isn’t a gaffe—it’s Holocaust distortion. He’s reframing genocide to serve fascism. If we let him rewrite the past, he’ll rewrite the future. This is a moral catastrophe. We must speak out—loudly.

He thought it was a great idea to share. So now, if you arenrepresented by a member of the GOP you can have o e of their staff members come to listen to your concerns so your elected officials don't have to be bothered or upset and possibly have their actions reflect your needs! Yay for us!

I guess when I told Tim Scott(no, I didn't vote for him, but that shouldn't matter, I am a constituent none the less)that he appeared to not care about the needs of his constituents and appeared to make no pretense of displaying an interest, not only did he think it was a great observation,

#booksky have stayed connected to a friend who has lost the ability to read by reading aloud. Not only does it connect us in a special way ,it is a special way to experience books. Have read everything from Geraldine Brooks to Toni Morrison to Stephen King. Sometimes her choice, sometimes mine.

Just finished Whiskey Tender by Deborah Jackson Taffa. An amazing personal account of her family as she was growing up and being torn between wanting to know about her Native.American culture and a family pushing the importance of assimilation
