Again, Trump doesn’t need to have been directly responsible for the abuse to be culpable. Information has been published that points to the possibility he might have been in a position to report the abuse. All I’m asking is for clarity on whether he either did that or sought to. Simple really.

I’m not accusing him of anything - I’m posing some questions on the basis of information that has come to light today. Believe it or not, we probably have something in common - that justice be done, and done properly!

The point is, Trump didn’t have to be directly involved in the abuse to have had an opportunity to stop it entirely - and not just stop it affecting Mar-a-Lago.

I think there’s a realistic possibility - and likely a probability - that Trump knew or had credible suspicions about what Epstein and Maxwell were up to. I’d want that to be robustly explored, not shouted down.

Where are you getting that victim testimony from? It’s not in the emails.

Maxwell procuring girls for Epstein to offer out.

That Maxwell was recruiting/procuring girls for Epstein, with the entirely plausible situation that Trump knew what Epstein did with the girls. Trump spending hours with one of those Epstein trafficked girls strong suggests he knew what was up.

But did he go to the authorities - the implication is that he suspected criminality, said ‘not here thanks’ and just turned the other cheek…!
