This might be the best photograph I’ve seen this year.

Today, we rejoice in the sight of children celebrating in Gaza, but we mourn for the children whose laughter we will never hear.

My statement on the announcement of a ceasefire.
Absolutely, moral consistency should apply to all, but timing of comments has felt inconsistent - e.g. ‘respect grief of British Jews’ *prior* to the protests last week Vs comments re. ‘Unite The Kingdom’ which only followed *after* the march took place in Sept. The optics of that aren’t great.
‘While the police have been heavy handed…’ is a deeply troubling statement that somewhat undermines the other points you are making imho. Labour has a responsibility to ensure equity and fairness in development of legislation, just as much as the police have to ensure it is applied fairly.
Still not a Free Palestine though, is it?
@milestaylor.bsky.social just listening to @newsagents.bsky.social America podcast with you, @maitlis.bsky.social and @jonsopel1.bsky.social - hearing you describe the living nightmare that is the continual anxiety about a knock on the door. Powerful example of oppression in action. 😮
You must have heard a different interview to me! I think he was categorically clear about the situation and his equal condemnation of antisemitism and Islamophobia.
I have to hand it to @zackpolanski.bsky.social - he handled his interview with BBC Radio 4’s Today very well. He was clear about the impact of hatred on faith and other minorities, condemned it also. No ‘gotcha’ moment for Justin Webb (despite his best effforts). #BBCR4 #R4Today #GreenParty
It’s not his ‘poshness’ that’s the issue. It’s that he’s beholden to the very wealthiest and after the Brexit car crash, he now blames everything on immigration. He’s a fool, not a liberator.

I’m a few days late to this (busy life, what can I say)...

🚨 EXCLUSIVE 🚨Guardian data analysis shows how a public Facebook network helps incubate far-right ideas in the UK.

The scale is staggering: the combined membership is >600k and rising week-on-week👇

The Guardian spent a year studying an online community trading in anti-immigration sentiment and misinformation. Experts say such spaces can play a role in radicalisation

Here's Michael Knowles a month ago once again calling for the "eradication of transgenderism" and here is a man who threatened to shoot up a gay bar because he wanted to "eradicate transgenderism." This was retweeted by prominent conservatives such as Chris Rufo.

This is stochastic terrorism.
The only minority that we should be worried about is the 1%

The narrative needs changing inequality is the real problem, if all the world’s billionaires were taxed just 2.3% annually on their net worth that money could end world poverty for good!

Your president is thick as 💩
A man who suggested injecting disinfectant as a treatment for Covid now expects us to listen when he says #Tylenol is a cause of #autism? No thanks, Donny.
Will we get an audiobook update too, please Nick?

Every major talent that works for ABC and Disney should refuse to show up for work until Jimmy Kimmel is reinstated.

Marvel movies need to shutdown. Ditto the sitcoms.

Collective boycott.

Corporations love money more than anything,& this will harm them and force them to do the right thing.

Silly Jimmy Kimmel. He should have just called for all homeless people to be killed and he’d still have a job.

Nigel Farage says his party is a break from the political establishment but it is funded by the super rich.

Reform has an unusually high number of overseas backers with links to tax havens.
