One of my ongoing issues with people describing men who commit heinous acts as “monsters” or saying “those aren’t real men” is that it successfully otherises the problem instead of acknowledging the issue that is male violence. The only reason we do this is to protect men’s feelings.

One of the stupid things about the Epstein files is people keep pretending we're going to find in them the facts the victims, who are also the witnesses, have been testifying to for years and years. We already know. Of course he doesn't want to. Of course X is its own child-abuse nexus.....

I just yelled at someone for this, but sitting in your pants at home and judging people outside in -5 degree weather protesting through song because they’re not being “violent enough to kill all the Nazis” is the most online thing I’ve ever seen. Go out and touch some grass.
