I like that nz has gone down the roots of calling rules that maybe permit a 2.5 level townhouse mid density, and Sydney is like we will spam 8 level towers, which r midrise - Sydney has this right

For those that don’t know Sydney very well, the Western Suburbs are often poorly covered by public services, and some may say get discriminated against.
So in some ways, it is outrageous that there is one rule for the East, and another for the West… but…

My news, I’ve been coming to this part of the NSW south coast on and off for thirty years. I think it is actually the most beautiful place in the world.
