My heart is truly in awe watching millions rise up in what may be the largest nationwide protest in American history.To see Americans come together — marching, chanting, fighting back for immigrants and all communities under attack — it’s powerful. We are awake.

So when you march, when you organize, don’t forget:
We are not in the shadows — we are the light leading this movement. Lift our voices. Follow our lead. Because we’ve been resisting all along.

We are not helpless. We are not voiceless. We are Indigenous to this land — Mexican and Central American immigrants rooted deep in its history. We are remembering. We are home.

It’s more violent than anything we’ve lived through.
The raids are louder. The fear is heavier. They’re trying to erase us. To invisibilize our voices in the shadows. But we’re still here. Right at the frontlines. Still resisting.

ICE raids aren’t new—they’ve been targeting our communities for decades. Immigrant youth grew up knowing exactly how to survive moments like this.
But it has truly never been this bad.

Reminder — we have voices. We’re actively resisting, while being suppressed. Despite this, do not for one second forget that we have voices. We are the leaders of this movement.
