Yep. I'm a kid of the Cold War, and I am a Radical Pragmatist, and a veteran. My family members went off to war and some died, and my grandparents went off to fight in WWII. We were all prepared to kill or be killed if we had to fight the USSR.

No, I mean the sovereignty of the space between the Canadian border and the southern border. They would have to leave Indigenous land and cross into US sovereign land, so it would only work for those nations whose borders were on land straddling international borders.

IDF doesn't shoot civilians to prevent them from being taken hostage; elite IDF units do this, like the US and many other elite units around the world. Everybody agrees to this, so it's not taking other people's lives without their permission.

The Tamils used to put cyanide capsules in their mouths when they went on a mission. If they got caught, and their mates couldn't shoot them or prevent capture, they bit the capsule rather than give up their fellows and their operations.

US elite units do similar.

This is military, IDF, not civil

It's nothing. The world always sympathizes and then turns away when we fight back. However, 66% of Israelis want an end to the war, albeit, with the hostages returned. Hamas really needs to accept this peace deal because I don't want Netanyahu to rush the war at the expense of the Gazans.

I agree that most of those comments are dehumanizing but I take exception to Biden and Clinton's comments.
