A person with a home worth a couple million dollars is not in the same conversation as a billionaire. These are overwhelmingly people who still work for a living. They don't have millions in the bank. All they have is the house.

Once you have a billion dollars, we should say congrats you won capitalism. Here's a trophy. But you can't hoard anymore. There is no reason you need any more money.

One thing I’ve learned from being largely remote and occasionally hybrid the past 12 years: Commuting back and forth to an office is an absolute productivity killer.
