Finally watched Anora. Not since Michael Clayton have I seen a movie whose title did so little to prepare me for the ride I was about to go on. But I enjoyed it.

Satz für Satz ist „Die Vegetarierin“ von Han Kang eine außergewöhnliche Erfahrung, die einem unter die Haut geht. Es ist definitiv ein Buch das ich nicht so schnell vergessen werde. Verstörend und unglaublich gut geschrieben.

What a flawless remake of a show I watched many many years ago as a young child. This shows just how incredibly well Takahashi's story holds up, bringing this classic to a new audience, it's funny how most of the criticism are from OG anime-onlies

A new mech game made by Fumito Ueda is prime Emily bait. Best announcement of the night for me easily. Ico and Shadow of the Colossus and Last Guardian are all artistic masterpieces and I’m so excited to see what this team can do with a more sci-fi setting

Finally watched Perfect Days this week & just wow, what a beautiful, brilliant film. A true expression of life’s ever-present sweetness and sadness, most succinctly captured by the final scene. Kōji Yakusho broke my heart into thousands of reconstitutable pieces. Can’t recommend it enough. #FilmSky
