I was told that mixing Sriracha and mayo to spread on sandwiches is delicious.
I tried it, and it was delicious!
I heard that using grilled dry-aged cured bacon instead of ham is also delicious, so I can't wait to try it!

Tokyo had its first snowfall today, right when I was out on the expressway. Luckily, it didn't accumulate, though my kids were quite let down.

I am at Joetsu Kokusai Ski Resort in Minamiuonuma, Niigata. Even though this is known as a heavy snowfall area, there’s very little snow right now, and the ground is showing. The skiing conditions are terrible.
