Going to a #Party? I make my Mulled Wine Hot Chocolate in my slow cooker and take it to the party.
It's delicious, rich, warming, and a little decadent. It's a show stopper and perfect for any holiday party.

Get a pair of meat shears. Start on your "strong side", cut all the way down along the side of the backbone. Spin it around and do it on the other side.
Flip it over, spread it out, press down really hard just below the breasts. You'll hear it snap and flatten out.

It's not that hard and worth the effort for most poultry. Especially since it cuts the cooking time by half.
