Just had to deal with another panic attack. But this one was because I'm worried about the storm tonight and my mind was just all, "what if, what if" but was able to relax after a few minutes so I could feed my dog.

Mom had me put exam gloves at the top on the needs list because we need more. The IHSS caregiver who takes care of my dad wears gloves to deal with his diapers/commode. Mom has terminal lung cancer, she can’t nip off to a store anymore due to her breathing issues.

Time itself does not magically heal anything. Time that passes while a wound or injury is getting no care or the wrong care can actually be toxic.
