Kennedy outbound is down from 6 lanes to 2. The express lanes only exit at 94 making it a 💩.Traffic was horrible.

Final phase of Kennedy Expressway construction, closures begin Monday, IDOT says
Lane closures will start Monday evening on the Kennedy Expressway, IDOT said. The final phase of the construction project is expect to last until Fall 2025.
