!! literally every other city in canada ive lived in (being like, yvr and yyc) has had saunas in public pools/community centers, it's not even something ive even had to think about but i haven't seen a single pool in toronto with one?

ive taken to just taking any recipe that uses pieces of chicken and sometimes pork that has a substantial amount of seasoning or marination and replacing it with oyster mushrooms. king oyster mushrooms if it's bigger pieces, regular oyster mushrooms if it's shredded. sometimes seafood mushrooms

not to mention having to special order them because i don't think they're used for anything else... but it's such a cool station!! surrounding area is a bunch of cute coffee shops, mixed industrial, and older residential buildings and then a big fuck you condo and a huge fuck you castle up the hill
