Decorated Fram Ferment with apple blossom today for our Blossom Time Mini Cider Festival, starting today.

Makes me so happy seeing the blossom. The friend's mature tree this came from is looking fabulous.

Lovely chat with a regular who's been coming in for years. For the first time I discovered he used to work in horticulture and we had a long chat about veg gardening and greenhouses. 😄

Content warnings are important, and I hope you take notice of them for your own sake when you need to. I'm so glad today's piece got such a great reaction, by all accounts David deserves it, but I chose not to read it. I couldn't. Care for your health.

It's truly astonishing how many times I put the telly on and get half way through something before realising I've not been listening to it and have no idea what's happened.

This may or may not also be true for podcasts.

In awe of parents of more than one child.

I feel like I'm winning by parenting/babysitting a 2.5yo (mine) and a 3yo. They've been fab, they adore each other and have been very sweet today, and I'm still knackered.

How do you do this day in day out? 😴😴😴

Pubs. Where you can turn up and find someone has bought a dulcitone on a whim, carried on several buses and a train, and ended up with it in your loo.

I felt compelled to write a follow up to my What's Brewing post on the sexist overtones of the St Albans Beer and Cider Festival logo - why does it matter to me personally?

Since Bluesky is loving blogs right now, here you are.
