Yes: change the law. Strip them all of citizenship. They obviously betrayed it to commit genocide; their victims weren’t entitled with your citizenship but they were people too, you know. Finance those camps instead. Send troops to help SDF run them if you want, why should Kurds stand guard alone?

That’s a different question — how to help ourselves best against an enemy who emphatically hates us. That’s a legitimate question. To which you can think of a better answer other than curling them back into our midst. Why would that be more effective protection than letting them rot where they are?!

Heck, if you’re in doubt, just go to their camps unprotected by SDF guards and they’ll be happy to show you again.
