Although neoliberalism and its ideas of commercialization and marketization have been unnecessarily fully rejected, I suppose, internationalization need not be conducted in a way that ignores civic and citizenship education.

Yes, it ought to be the case, and it typically is. I believe that the two are highly compatible.

There was my contextual and philosophical assumption made for the sake of a primary objective, whether epistemic or moral.
