No relief in sight until at least 1/22. The courts are slow, and DHS and the Trump admin LOVES that.
UPDATE on Minnesota v. Noem: No TRO against DHS activities at this time, with further briefing ordered.
DOJ response is due Monday. Reply due on or before Thursday. Hearing not yet set.
