I almost used halloumi and goat cheese so I think you can use many different options. I’m sorry you lost your taste for feta cheese but I completely understand.

Oh no. That’s the worse. I hope you feel better soon. We chose a place in town less than five minutes from the house that we’d never been to. Will definitely go back. Dinner for three with five drinks was less than a $100 with tip. Practically unheard of in the Vail Valley.
