US Atty Ed Martin refuses to issue warrant for Rep Cory Mills for assaulting a woman. It happened all right, but Mills is a Trump ally and Martin says he’s Trump’s personal lawyer. So Mills walks, and his victim doesn’t matter.

Think firing the entire federal workforce will save America money?
Federal civilian employees account for just 4% of the federal budget. Even if someone like Musk—or any president—fired all of us, it wouldn’t make much of a dent in government spending. Don’t fall for it.
