If you are ever in that neck of the woods again, I highly recommend a visit to the Purple Carrot in Malton. It is a veggie place, but I would say 95% of it is vegan. It's a corker of a cafe 😋

I get mine in a little local vegan shop (I am so lucky... it's brilliant), but I think you can get them from Ocado.

The Whale Tail Cafe in Lancaster have vegan nanaimo bars, they're bloody brilliant... if I am too full for a pudding, I always get one to take away. Perfect with a brew.
